30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Visible and Prominent) include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at boris@loudcamel.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email boris@loudcamel.com with:

  • The email address on your Loud Camel account
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief description of why you'd like a refund (optional)

We will process your request within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Requests After 30 Days

Refund requests received more than 30 days after the date of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to find a fair resolution. Contact us and we will review your situation.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us separately if you also want a refund within the 30-day window.

Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of our Terms of Service, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period.
